DOROTA CYBULSKA finishes her musical studies at the Frederic Chopin Music Academy in Warsaw, we she obtains the first prize with distinction.A winner at the Young Polish Musicians Competition,she receives a scholarship from the French governement to study in Paris where she carries with Huguette Drefus and Kenneth Gilbert.Finaliste of the Brugge’s International Harpsichord Competiotion , she study at the Geneva Conservatory, with Christiane Jaccottet, and gets a first prize with distinction .Her musical activity has taken her into many countries (France, Germany, Switzerland ) where she gave concerts in chamber music group as well as soloist with various ensemble such as « Ensemble 415 », Ensemble «Elyma » « Freitags Akademie »Chamber Orchestra of Europe,Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne.
Her CD’s are the fruts of her continues reserches in the baroque music : the Bach’s own transcriptions (Cascavel ) ,first world recording of harpsichord pieces of J.J Fux (K617 ), Antonia Bembo’s works ( CD of the book « Desperate mesures » L. Fontijn, Oxford Univerity Press).Recently she recorded Nicolò Poprora's cantatas with her group "Concerto Europa" and Artur Stefanowicz countertenor (Naxos) and Franciszek Lessel's works on the copy of the Pianoforte Fritz1815 make by Christopher Clarke (Dux).Dorota Cybulska work in HEM of Geneva(baroque coaching for singers and didactic for a harpsichord teaching).
